The Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill operates powerfully and smoothly thanks to its impressive 3.0 hp continuous duty motor. It also has a thick running belt that very effectively cushions your joints as you run. Plus there’s a three-speed fan in the consol to help keep you cool during your most strenuous exercise sessions. The maximum speed of the Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill is 18 km/h or 11.25 mph. There’s a body mass index, handgrip heart rate sensors, a heart rate chest strap and two user-defined programs. There’s also two heart-rate controlled programs out of a total of 15 programs. The consol has a great looking Sky-lite backlit LCD display that’s easy to read. Plus storage is incredibly easy with the Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill. It has a soft-drop system that lowers it from its folded position so you can open it with minimal effort and strain. A wheel makes it easy to move the folded Bowflex 7 Series Treadmill around. There’s a 12-year warranty on the frame and a 10-year warranty on the motor. Parts are under a three-year warranty and the labour warranty lasts for one year.
