The WaterRower Natural comes with the brand new Series 4 monitor that comes with many amazing features to help you easily keep an eye on your progress as you exercise. Some of these great new features include figuring out the amount of calories you’ve burned and energy you’ve used, the distance you’ve rowed and your heart rate. The WaterRower Natural can also predict time over distance which is a great motivator and helps you determine realistic goals. The monitor has a large screen so it’s easy to read. At an extra cost, you can add a heart rate digital receiver which is incredibly accurate and reliable. This heart rate receiver is compatible with any Polar heart rate monitor and lets you easily record your heart rate as you row. There’s no jerkiness or jarring with the WaterRower Natural because it uses a patented WaterFlywheel resistance system. Use this machine to strengthen your posture and your core muscles without putting any pressure on your joints. This rower is handcrafted out of solid Ash and stained Honey Oak. It’s also and finished with Danish Oil, making the WaterRower Natural a very beautiful piece of fitness equipment. It also stands upright when not in use and frees up floor space. The premium wood is harvested from replenishable forests.
