This multi-gym has an exclusive dual-pivot Pec Dec station that provides the same range of motion you’d get from a dumbbell workout, but providing easy muscle targeting for superior results. The Nautilus NS700X Multi-Gym can accommodate 20 different exercises that provide a complete upper and lower body workout. The unit incorporates an 11-position press arm as well so the upper body exercise choices are varied and interesting. The Nautilus NS700X Multi-Gym also has three exercise attachments that allow you to upgrade your workout any time you would like. Natural range of motion is encouraged with a freely floating pulley. The seats are made from commercial grade upholstery and the rest of the machine is made from the same quality materials used in the commercial grade of this line.
