Slam Man - Silver
The silver Slam Man is almost like having your own fitness trainer available whenever you need him. It’s so popular in the United States that boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard can’t say enough good things about it. All that praise is probably because Slam Man is a great way to naturally firm up and tone muscles well improving coordination, reflexes and stamina. Working on your power punching on the Slam Man is also a great way to reduce stress. It allows you to duplicate a boxer’s workout even if you don’t consider yourself anywhere in the league of a professional. The Slam Man is computerized and free standing. You can program the computer to set up a sequence of flashing red lights that prompt you to hit your punches in a specific combination. He’s highly durable with a base and torso made out of thick, high-density, polyethylene plastic designed to handle anything you can give it. The base and torso have two-layered seams of plastic pinched together so that they won’t come apart even under the hardest beating. The Slam Man has 15 programs developed by a professional boxer. These programs come in different levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) that also provide a score at the end of the program based on your performance.
# Duplicate a boxer’s workout - concentrate on your speed or work on your power punching
