BOB the Body Opponent Bag makes boxing just a little bit more fun. It’s also a great way to vent any frustration you may feeling towards another person because you can pretend you’re sparring with that individual since BOB has the shape of a man. The BOB mannequin is lifelike and freestanding. The skin is made from high strength plastisol so it’ll last many beatings. The inner cavity is filled with durable urethane foam which makes BOB suitable for punching with bare hands, elbows and even feet. You can also adjust the height of BOB from anywhere between 5′10″ and 6′ 2″. There are a total of eight adjustments. The round base is easy to move around by rolling. It can be filled with sand to create a 270-pound stable bases. The Body Opponent Bag is great for practicing all forms of self defense striking and kicking techniques. It can be used to practice kickboxing, Kung Fu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo and sparring. BOB has a one-year warranty on parts and a one-year warranty on labour.
