The 6mm pilates workout mat is lighter and so more portable than the 10mm ultra pilates mat. 6mm thickness still provides enough cushioning and makes this mat suitable for pilates and general fitness workouts.
The mat is machine washable at 40 degrees, however please do not spin it.
